• Team Leader or Senior Property Manager - this role is for you

• Salary $90,000 to $110,000 + Super dependent on your experience

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on the hunt for a highly motivated, results driven leader to oversee a residential property team, within the student accommodation sector. This person will be responsible for the overall performance of the team, ensuring that the department is managed efficiently, clients receive top-tier service, and company objectives are met. This role requires a strong background in residential property management, leadership, and operational excellence. You will manage a small portfolio of around 50 properties, but this will be distributed out to assistants so there will be no PF management requirement.

• Supervise and guide staff members - team of 10 in the team ranging from receptionist, assistants and property managers
• Conduct one-on-one sessions for team members
• Monitor and enhance team performance
• Train and mentor team members to foster professional development and high performance.

You will be supported by Department Manager, a great support and go to person for you!

This is a Monday to Friday role (some Saturdays required during season intake) and salary will be commensurate to experience, circa $90,000 - $110,000

ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a very experienced property manager. You will understand the full end to end process of residential property management and it would be great to see you have your Cert 4 in Property Services (or fully licenced). You will enjoy supporting and mentoring your team with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
