We’re currently looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Broker to join our growing team on the Gold Coast. This opportunity will suit a seasoned Commercial Broker with experience in all facets of commercial finance. You will be hungry to succeed, and ready to make your mark as a leading member of a high-achieving team.

You will have:

Proven experience in asset, cash flow and private lending

Exceptional commercial product knowledge (full and alt doc loans)

A sales background and / or sales-approach, with experience in working with high lead volumes to meet or exceed an individual monthly target

Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential)

As a senior member of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the success of Nero Financial as a whole, but specifically that of our Gold Coast office. You will set the pace and lead by example in managing your own pipeline, and securing successful settlements in line with KPIs. A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach to work is essential.

You will be required to work in our Surfers Paradise office full-time from 8am - 4.30pm. Free parking is available.

To support you in this role, we will provide:

A steady pipeline of new and referred commercial deals

Established lender partnerships including relevant accreditations

Full support structure; proven sales process in place, software, 24/7 IT support

Marketing team available to support your sales initiatives

Mentorship, collaboration and on-the-ground support across all areas of your role

You’ll receive a generous commission split, with no seat fees or lead costs to pay. Our top earners take home between $30,000 - $45,000 per month. Your earning potential is unlimited.
