About the Organization

The Nintirri Centre Inc is a not-for-profit community-based organization located in Tom Price, that employs over 50 staff members and provides a number of core services within Tom Price and the wider Pilbara. These services include Early Years Care & Education, Community Health and Wellbeing, Community Resource Centre, Tom Price Arts Hub, Family Domestic Violence Prevention service, Playgroup and our Community Op Shop. In early 2023 our early learning Centre moved into a new 96 place, purpose-built facility operating Monday-Friday 7am - 6pm.

We are currently looking for an experienced Kindy Room Leader with a Diploma Qualification in Early Years Education and Care.

Please Note: This Role is a Residential Role - You must be willing to relocate to Tom Price, WA.

What you will bring

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care.
• At least 12 months experience as a Qualified Educator/Room Leader.
• Strong Leadership and Teamwork Skills.
• Creativity and ability to work as part of a team.
• Have, or be able to obtain a Working with Children’s Check.
• Possess the ability to form warm, responsive relationships with children and families.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
