We are now looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing campaigns, drive engagement, and increase course participation.
About the Role
As our B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of marketing strategy, campaign execution, event promotion, and CRM management to grow our education programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining strategy, creativity, and digital marketing to deliver results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
✅ Campaign Marketing: Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to attract health professionals to our courses and events.
✅ Digital & Content Strategy: Manage digital promotions, create compelling messaging, and oversee content publication.
✅ Event Marketing & Speaker Research: Drive attendance for virtual and in-person events, identify leading speakers, and promote trending healthcare topics.
✅ CRM & Course Management: Manage CRM platforms (Ontraport, WordPress, Access Ally) to enhance customer experience and optimise course offerings.
✅ Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing performance, using insights to improve strategies.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated B2B marketer with a passion for professional education and the ability to drive targeted marketing campaigns.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for professional training or education programs
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to tailor messaging for healthcare professionals
- Experience with CRM & database management (Ontraport, WordPress, Access Ally preferred)
- Strong project management skills – able to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Bonus: Experience in health, education, or professional training sectors is highly regarded!
