Bluefin are excited to be exclusively partnered with one of the biggest retail companies in the country as they continue to expand their AI and online presence.
Due to several exciting projects on the horizon, they are looking for TWO Digital Asset Coordinators to join their Next Gen and AI team, initially to commence on a 12-month contract.
What You’ll Do:
As the Digital Marketing Asset Coordinator you will own the process of managing and optimising all digital assets across a lucrative library. If you’ve got 1-2 years of marketing experience (agency or client-side) and have been looking for THAT ROLE to ignite your career, to build a strong foundation in digital marketing and hold a passion for AI and data, this is the opportunity for you!
- Be the go-to person for all asset-related workflows, acting as the single point of contact for day-to-day management questions from stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage content upload into our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring meta-data accuracy and smooth integration.
- Ensure quality control of all content uploaded, running batch ingestion processes and validating metadata tags and smart tags.
- Conduct training sessions and support team members across the business, ensuring consistent use of the DAM and its smart tagging features.
- Regularly generate asset reports, analyse data feeds, and flag issues with the Marketing Tech Manager as needed.
- Be a compliance guru with tagging and policy efficiencies across the business. Manage user access to our Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and DAM systems, helping team members follow agreed workflows.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Work closely with various teams to manage the asset workflow and maintain governance processes.
- Perform quality assurance on smart tags and metadata.
- Balance a 50/50 split between supporting team members and completing independent administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with digital asset tagging requirements, and flag any issues with the Marketing Tech Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital or marketing and/or marketing asset management (client or agency side).
- Experience in asset management and meta tagging is highly desirable but not essential (can be trained)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain healthy stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with metadata tagging, media types, formats, and understanding technical complexities with assets.
- A confident, team player with excellent organizational skills and a drive to improve processes.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for AI and/or Next Gen Marketing
