About the job

As this is a varied role, below is an overview of what your normal day could entail once fully trained.

Being the first point of contact at the branch.

Answering incoming calls

Processing customer orders via the counter, phone and email requests

Working in the warehouse with the technical team to build servers / CCTV systems.

Checking stock (Inbound and outbound) and receipting into our system.

Working with suppliers to ensure stock is at the right place at the right time.

Building relationships and rapport with customers

Learning and continually developing product knowledge of GSA's range of CCTV surveillance systems.

Assisting with the returns and backorder processes

Assisting with general branch support

Supporting the external sales team and management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

An interest in technology

Technically savvy, an understanding of computers.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Confidence in dealing with people and the ability to form relationships

A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs

Commitment to the highest level of customer service

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work both autonomously and as a team

You will need your own transport and a drivers license.
