Peppercorn Child Care Centre (DUBBO) is a family owned and operated 96 place service which caters for children from 6 weeks - 5 yrs. We pride ourselves on providing an inclusive and empowered environment; we go above and beyond for all stakeholders, including our valued Educators. We deliver an environment where the children are encouraged to learn through a play-based program inspired by nature.

It is an opportunity to work with a team of experienced, motivated and dedicated professionals. The position also offers the applicant an opportunity to combine their own experience and training to provide high quality care and education in a fun environment.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you are expected to be an active member and mentor of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.

This includes:

• Developing strong relationships with children at the service;

• Developing strong relationships that support and partner with families;

• Implementing and always uphold the policies and associated procedures and practices of the organisation; and

• Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service’s operations and service.
