TG's Child Care is a Kindergarten and Long Day Care service in Armidale, Uralla, Wauchope NSW and Urangan QLD, caring for and educating children from 0 - 5 years. We have 7 modern, purpose-built campuses and award-winning beautifully landscaped outdoor environments embedded with sustainability values to promote dynamic play-based learning and exploration that caters to varying skills and needs.

About the role

If you are an enthusiastic, experienced, friendly and energetic qualified Educator with your Certificate 3 or Diploma in Child Care & Education, or Early Childhood Teaching degree, we would be excited for you to come and join our friendly, fun-loving professional team.

You maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to ethical standards and demonstrate integrity, initiative and accountability in your work.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You are an effective communicator and are skilled at creating safe, clear and open interactions with children, families and Educators.

You prioritise building strong relationships with children, families and Educators. This includes active listening, showing empathy and demonstrating respect for other perspectives. You foster a sense of trust and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive environment.

You have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS. You are familiar with the principles, practices and outcomes and can effectively apply them in your work, as well as staying updated on changes and compliances.
