We are looking for a dedicated Florist Assistant to join one of the most elegant and promising flower shops in Bondi Junction, Sydney. We love what we do—creating gorgeous fresh flower arrangements and bouquets. If you are passionate about flowers and customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Collaborating closely with the business owner, you will be responsible for day to day operations and driving sales of our floral business.

Key responsibilities will include:

Special care for cut flowers and stock rotation

Customer service and building natural rapport, taking orders, organising couriers and handling payments.

Merchandising and visual presentation of the store. Keeping the store clean, tidy, organised and well stocked.

Able to work in a team environment.

Able to be organized and productive.

Great communication and sales skills.

Сustomer-oriented approach.

Previous experience an advantage

About You:

Some experience in a florist shop or a passion for flowers (training provided).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Excellent personal presentation.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
