About the role

We are seeking an experienced florist to join our team at Flowersa A bunch' in Campbelltown, NSW. As a casual florist, available to work a minuim 3 days a week from 9am-5.30pm. Occasional weekends.

What you'll be doing

Designing and creating high-quality floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday purchases

Assisting customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements to suit their needs and preferences

Maintaining the store's inventory and ensuring that all flowers and supplies are properly cared for and displayed

Providing excellent customer service and offering advice and guidance to customers

Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional florist

Strong floral design skills and a passion for creating beautiful, innovative arrangements

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

Good knowledge of flower varieties, care, and handling

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
