As a pivotal member of our team, you will be the face of our agency, welcoming both existing and new clients with warmth and professionalism. Your support will be essential to the success of our busy Property Management and Sales teams. Through hands-on engagement with marketing campaigns and the latest real estate software systems, you'll gain an unparalleled learning experience that promises to shape your future in the property industry.

Responsibilities:

Your role is dynamic, and your day-to-day responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Being the voice of our agency by answering in-bound calls and addressing general inquiries
  • Showcasing your creative flair by ordering, designing, and coordinating the distribution of captivating marketing materials in print and online
  • Playing an integral role in maintaining and updating our CRM database
  • Draft sales letters, appraisals, and general correspondence for our Sales Team
  • Efficiently upload properties to the CRM (Agentbox) system and property portals
  • Design and manage engaging EDM campaigns
  • Assist with the creation, scheduling, and posting of compelling social media campaigns
  • Welcome clients with enthusiasm at the front desk
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office environment
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the timely replenishment of kitchen supplies
  • Efficiently respond to and forward emails and inquiries
  • Support Property Management by liaising with clients/contractors/landlords
  • Plus much more!

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate embodies the following qualities:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a professional setting
  • A strong desire to build a fulfilling career in the property industry
  • Impressive technical skills and a knack for embracing new technologies
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
  • Professional appearance complemented by an exceptional phone manner
  • Outstanding attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • A willingness to learn and be a proactive contributor
  • Multilingual skills are highly valued
  • Possession of a current Certificate of Registration or actively working towards one
