The Business
We are a small, family-owned business with an auto electrical workshop, a parts shop, an online shop and a YouTube channel (Ready To Drive Anywhere). We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom solutions for auto electric installations on 4WD’s, camper trailers, caravans, mining vehicles, trucks and other machinery.
We are the go-to place in Perth when it comes to seeking the highest quality parts and installations for your car or project. We get endorsements for our customer service and product excellence from our customers and YouTube Influencers around Australia.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage our online presence, create compelling content, and execute marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, digital marketing, and staying ahead of trends.
Tasks in this role include:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting
- Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, SEO, etc.)
- Engage with our online community, respond to messages, and build brand loyalty
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue
- Create and distribute newsletters to keep customers engaged and informed
- Conduct market research to ensure we remain competitively priced
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business goals
Our ideal new team member has:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar tools
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media analytics
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in sales and lead generation
- Understanding of market research and competitive pricing strategies
- Comfortable being in front of the camera for video content and social media engagement
- Optional but not essential Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
