Scotford Fennessy is happy to share this temporary and casual opportunity within our non-profit client based South of the River. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with the desire to retribute to the community and be part of a meaningful project.

You responsibilities will be:

• Oversee the brand launch and rebrand of all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.
• Plan, execute and trach ,marketing projects, collaborating with external agencies such as ad agencies and printers.
• Maintain structured workflows, set clear priorities and ensure all projects are delivered on time
• Offer mentorship and strategic direction to junior staff in the marketing team, bringing the experience and hands on this role.

Requirements:

• Five to ten years' of experience managing Marketing projects, proven track record in managing brand launches, rebrands and marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience working with external agencies and feeling comfortable managing relationships with external stakeholders such as ad agencies, graphic designers and printers.
• Excellent communication skills
• Bring strong experience in marketing project management, ideally in branding and
