We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate, and highly organised Assistant Manager to support our legendary Manager with the day-to-day operations of our bustling bakery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervising Staff: Lead and inspire our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Guest Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, with the confidence to recommend products and upsell where appropriate (especially our infamous finger bun).

Stock Control: Co-ordinate and maintain stock levels, ensuring packaging and supplies are ordered and stored in an organised and timely manner.

Organisation & Cleanliness: Maintain an exceptionally clean, organised, and welcoming environment – if you’re obsessive about cleanliness, please apply.

Training & Mentoring: Provide on-the-job training and support to our team to ensure the highest standards of service.

Coffee Making Skills (a plus): Barista skills would be highly regarded.

Supporting Online Ordering: Assist with managing and fulfilling online orders to ensure customer satisfaction across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

An ability to keep calm, organised, and upbeat during busy periods.

An obsession with cleanliness and a love for creating an orderly, efficient workspace.

Confidence in supervising staff and providing training and feedback.

Strong communication skills and the ability to upsell with ease.

Previous experience in a bakery, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.

Coffee making skills are a bonus but not essential.
