Golly Gosh! is a bustling, modern café in the heart of Yeronga known for our epic breakfasts, towering freak shakes, jaw-dropping desserts, and (of course) the best coffee in town. We’re passionate about great food, exceptional service, and creating memorable moments for every customer who walks through our doors.

We’re on the hunt for a skilled and enthusiastic Head Barista to join our vibrant team. If you’re someone who takes pride in their coffee craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves delivering top-tier service with a smile, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Hours: 6am - 2:30pm

OPEN: Thursday - Monday

CLOSED: Tuesday & Wednesday

Creating consistently amazing coffee, every single time

Connecting with customers and providing warm, memorable service

Supporting the front-of-house team and lending a hand where needed

Assisting with hot and cold beverage prep

Opening and closing duties

Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Full time or casual with the ability to work all 5 days we are open.

3 + years' experience as a barista in a busy café

Confident working solo under pressure and keeping cool during peak times

Must have high level latte art skills and fast turnaround on coffee orders

Strong customer service and the ability to build genuine rapport

Excellent communication and teamwork

Familiarity with health and safety standards

Well-presented, reliable, and enthusiastic

Willing to pitch in across different sections of the café when needed
