We are searching for an efficient and friendly barista to work 3-4 days a week.

We are a breakfast and lunch venue focusing on providing excellent specialty coffee from Rumble, seasonal food and warm service. We are passionate about providing genuine hospitality to our customers and are hoping to create a team that values that too. We are looking for a reliable, energetic and conscientious barista that enjoys being part of a small but happy team.

Desirable attributes:

3+ years of coffee making experience including the ability to work at a very fast pace

A high standard of coffee skills including an understanding of dialling in, dosing and yields would be highly regarded, plus the ability to pour latte art

Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays & Sundays until the middle of May, then more flexibility available

An ideal candidate:

Able to produce consistent, high-quality coffee efficiently, to meet the demand of our very busy rushes

Should have a desire to engage with and form relationships with our customers

Must be willing to step away from the coffee machine - you may have to jump on the till and take orders, toast some sandwiches or clear some tables from time to time
