About the role

Reporting to the Head of Development and the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing residential property sales contracts and settlements across national developments.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee the entire contract process-from initial preparation through to settlement-while ensuring accuracy and smooth communication between all stakeholders. You'll also handle contract administration for various commercial development matters, supporting projects that contribute to the growth of thriving communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Management of Greenfield & Built Form Developments, nationally.
  • Draft and manage master and stage-specific contracts of sale, collaborating with development teams, sales, and legal advisors to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Oversee contract tracking, including amendments, variations, key terms, and maintaining up-to-date records within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate contract variations, issue documentation through DocuSign, and ensure all legal and procedural requirements are met for settlement.
  • Track project milestones, including title registrations and settlement timelines, while managing legal documentation and compliance checks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for sales agents, legal teams, and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of contract-related matters.

Skills and Experience

  • Previously worked as a contract administrator in the property and construction industry or an experienced conveyancer/property paralegal.
  • Ability to solve problems and enjoy solving problems.
  • Extremely detail oriented and understand it's significant around the settlement process.
