Join a well-established and growing company as we seek a dedicated Full-Time Spray Painter & Workshop Hand to become a key part of our team at our Werribee South workshop. We are also open to Part Time for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing: In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the painting of heavy equipment, truck tipper bodies, and heavy trailers. When needed, you’ll also assist with other workshop services, such as sandblasting and vehicle fit-outs—training will be provided!

What We Offer:

A minimum of 40 hours per week (Full Time), Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for double-time pay on Saturdays when required.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 4 years of experience in spray painting heavy vehicles and equipment (essential).

Previous experience with bodywork is preferable.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Punctuality and dependability, with the ability to consistently meet a 7:00 AM start time.

A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Commitment to delivering high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.

This role comes with a 3-month probationary period to ensure a great fit.
