The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter, prepper or polisher to join our Melton team in a full-time position. Your job will be working with as a part of the paint team, prepping and painting vehicles and parts, monitoring the progress of work to ensure timely delivery, regular communication with management to confirm delivery and priority of work and ensuring all work is of high quality.

Qualified Automotive Spray Painter

The successful applicant will require:

Relevant trade qualifications

Knowledge of the vehicle repair industry

Prepare vehicles and parts for paint

Assist other painters and preppers as necessary.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

High attention to detail

Be punctual & reliable

Good work ethic

Your Responsibilities

Applying Primers, Sealers, Basecoats, and Clearcoats with precision and care

Preparing surfaces for painting through meticulous sanding, priming, and repair work

Matching paint colours flawlessly to meet exact specifications

Ensuring all painted surfaces are flawless, addressing any touch-ups as needed

Working collaboratively with team members to efficiently complete projects

Operating and maintaining spray painting equipment to the highest standards

Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

40hr standard work week

8am - 4:30pm regular hours

Option for Overtime
