Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist Account Executives with policy renewals, endorsements, and general client inquiries
• Prepare quotes, insurance documentation, and reports
• Maintain and update client records and insurance databases
• Liaise with clients and insurers to provide timely and efficient service
• Support the team in client meetings and presentations as required

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in insurance
• Tier 1 qualifications
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
