We’re a well-established, dynamic insurance brokerage on the Sunshine Coast looking for a Junior Insurance Broker / Assistant Account Executive to join our team. We want someone with energy, confidence, and a passion for learning—someone ready to take their career to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of domestic and small commercial clients (trades, liability, and more)
• Building strong relationships and delivering outstanding client service
• Assisting in growing and developing a thriving book of business
• Learning from experienced brokers and sharpening your industry knowledge

Who We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator who loves working with people
• Ambitious and driven, with a hunger to succeed
• Someone with Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance (or Tier 1) – if you don’t have Tier 1 yet, we’ll help you get there
• A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to step up
