Opportunity to shape a high-impact childcare centre within a passionate, family-run brand
About GRO Early Learning
GRO Early Learning is a family-owned and operated early childhood education provider passionate about delivering high-quality care and education in regional Queensland. Founded by Coraline Dufroux, GRO was born from firsthand experience of the childcare gaps in small towns. With a deep commitment to transforming regional childcare, the organisation has invested hundreds of thousands into uplifting environments, resources, and staff quality to elevate industry standards.
Currently operating in Mount Isa and soon opening a new centre in Moranbah, GRO isn’t chasing growth for growth's sake. Instead, the goal is to build a few outstanding, community-connected centres where children thrive, staff feel supported, and leadership is hands-on and empowering. If you're a passionate leader ready to drive quality and culture, GRO is the place to make an impact.

Acting as the key liaison for families, community partners, and external consultants
About You
To qualify, you will need a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within early childhood education. Experience in regional settings will be highly regarded.
