Ampower Electrical Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between our company, insurance supervisors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly
Communicate with insurance supervisors, providing job updates
Prepare and submit quotes and invoices for insurance-related jobs
Review and correct electrical reports for grammar and clarity
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
Keep the office organised and presentable
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in administration, customer service, or a related field (preferred)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Prior experience with insurance claims or invoicing (a plus)
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Work Hours:
📅 Monday – Friday ⏰ 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are able to change start / end hours for the right candidate
