The opportunity:

An exciting opportunity is on offer for an experienced and passionate Administration Assistant to join our friendly team of Educators. This is a permanent part-time position working 25 hours across 5 days. Perfect opportunity for someone wanting to work during school hours.

You will have previous experience working in early childhood education in high quality early learning centres and a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, including impeccable written and verbal communication.

The successful applicant MUST have a minimum Diploma level qualificaiton in Early Childhood Education.

First point of contact with all families

The face of the centre

Work alongside the Centre Manager, assisting with administration duties

Conduct Tours of the Centre

Process Enrolments and Admin duties

What we are looking for

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification

Previous Leadership role with in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferred)

Knowledge in Kidsoft

Reception experience (preferred)

A passionate, and driven individual

Trustworthy, dedicated and positive team player.

Skills and qualifications required:

Proficiency in the Kidsoft software system is desirable--training can be provided

Working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) Guidelines

Excellent computer skills with knowledge in the Microsoft office

Highly organized with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines

Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal.

Current Working with Children's Check

Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one

Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
