Factory Production / Cutting Assistant - SWIMWEAR

Baku is one of Australia's most successful fashion swim brands.

Based in Homebush West.

We are looking for a fit (must be able to lift 20kg fabric rolls), accurate, energetic and quick learner to join our small production team. Your main role will be helping on the cutting tables laying fabric and bundling garments that are cut.

The role includes:

Helping lay fabric on cutting tables - THIS INVOLVES LIFTING 20KG FABRIC ROLLS onto laying up machine

Helping bundle cut garments once cut by cutting machine

Receipting in fabric rolls - these are up to 20kgs in weight - HENCE YOU MUST BE CAPABLE OF LIFTING HEAVY FABRIC ROLLS

Helping wherever needed by production manager

The successful candidates will have:

High level attention to detail

Strong work ethic

Ability to learn fast and work unaided
