About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Process & Production Workers to join our growing team! You will play an essential role in the manufacturing process, assisting with machine operation, quality control, and general production tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hands-on, safety-focused, and thrive in a team setting. Experience is welcomed but not essential - full training is provided for the right candidates.

Shift Availability:

Various shifts available (Day, Afternoon, and Night).

Locations:
Multiple sites across Sydney, including:

• Villawood
• Horsley Park
• Moorebank
• Minto
• Fairfield
• Smithfield
• Wetherill Park
• Liverpool

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting products throughout the production process.
• Ensure smooth and continuous production line operations.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Sort and organise materials for upcoming production runs.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report larger faults to technical staff.
• Accurately maintain production records and logs.
• Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a clean, safe, and organised work space.
• Support your team to meet daily and weekly production targets.

• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required.
