South Australia State Manager – NDIS and Home Care Packages
The State Manager for NDIS and Home Care Packages will lead the strategic and operational management of service delivery across the state. This role is essential for ensuring that clients receive high-quality, person-centered care while meeting regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
Core Objectives:
Oversee the administrative functions of the company.
Provide daily support to the National Manager.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, accessibility, and responsiveness to clients' needs
Monitor client care plans and ensure they align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Prepare for and lead audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
Manage the budget for care services within the state, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying cost saving opportunities and ensuring funding is used appropriately.
Oversee the billing, funding, and contract management processes to ensure financial sustainability.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and service users
Address client concerns, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Promote public awareness and advocacy for the organization’s services within the state
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery across the state.
Person Specification
Advanced Diploma in Business Management (Desired)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Desired)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must hold a full clean drivers licence (essential)
Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
Experience in people management is required.
