Role Overview:

As a Buyer’s Agent specialising in investment properties, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their property search to secure profitable investments while enjoying the flexibility of remote work from home, with occasional in-person meetings or events as needed; this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote environment and can bring fresh insights and energy to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source properties that align with client needs, utilising major real estate listing platforms and collaborating with agents to find off-market, pre-sale, and on-market opportunities.

Conduct market and property analysis through various data platforms.

Build strong relationships with real estate agents and industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Prepare property proposals for clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations.

Arrange Building & Pest and pre-settlement inspections as needed.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless buying experience for clients.

Stay informed about real estate market trends, industry news, and property regulations to provide accurate client information.

Maintain accurate records and update CRM and workflow systems with relevant data.

Requirements:

Full real estate licence enabling you to operate as a Buyer’s Agent.

At least 3 years of experience in real estate buying or property investing.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and effectively communicate the benefits of proposed properties.

Excellent attention to detail, research abilities, and reporting skills for accurate property recommendations.

Resourceful and proactive mindset, always seeking answers and staying updated on market trends.

Proficient in various computer systems and technologies for data extraction.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

A genuine passion for the Australian property market and its dynamics.
