Our partner is seeking a Field Agent to join their dynamic rental department in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs! Work alongside the property management department in assisting with their out of office inspections & reports - a great opportunity to get out and about to various properties in the portfolios!

your role

• Generous base salary on offer!
• Assist the property managers & rental department with various inspections, providing detailed reports and feedback
• Get out & about on the road to inspect various properties within the portfolio daily
• Complete entry condition reports with extreme detail
• Conduct thorough routine inspections with accuracy and detail
• Entry / exit inspections
• Immediate start available

your advantage

• Prior experience in completing rental reports a must
• Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent
• Reliable car and drivers license a must
• Has exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
