🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Managing the settlement process for residential and commercial properties.
🔹 Preparing and reviewing settlement documents – contracts, transfer forms, etc.
🔹 Liaising with clients, solicitors, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements.
🔹 Coordinating settlement funds and ensuring legal compliance.
🔹 Assisting with settlement-related issues and providing expert guidance to clients.
🔹 Conducting legal research and supporting settlement-related tasks as needed.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1+ years of experience in property settlements or a strong interest in this area.
✔️ A solid understanding of property laws and settlement processes.
✔️ PEXA experience for candidates in the WA region is highly desirable.
✔️ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔️ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with the team.
