The Opportunity:
Embark on a pivotal career journey as our Senior Business Partner, Workplace Relations, where you'll navigate the intricate landscape of complex workplace matters, disputes, and industrial relations.

This full-time, ongoing position offers the chance to shape a positive and compliant work environment, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic problem-solver. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering harmonious relationships, ensuring fair outcomes, and driving organisational success. Expect a dynamic role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, with a base at one of our vibrant campuses, and a valued presence at our Hawkesbury Campus. Travel to other campuses of the University will be required.

About You:
You're a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Australian employment law and a proven track record in managing complex workplace challenges. Your ability to navigate enterprise bargaining, resolve disputes, and develop impactful policies sets you apart. You possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You are a strategic thinker, adept at analysing data and providing insightful recommendations. Your tertiary qualifications or equivalent senior-level experience in Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, or Organisational Psychology, combined with your passion for fostering a positive workplace, makes you the ideal candidate to join our team. Certification in mediation is highly desirable.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 9 $159,739 to $170,588 p.a. (comprising Salary of $134,981 to $144,149 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
