Join a newly built and growing Customer Care team in the Fintech industry on a mission to reimagine service for business owners across Australia. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers throughout their lending journey – answering questions providing guidance and solving problems with a proactive and friendly approach.

You'll work alongside passionate sales and operations teams in a fast-moving environment where collaboration is key. Your voice matters and you’ll be empowered to share feedback that helps improve processes and customer experiences. You're contact centre converted - you know what it's like to manage and multi-task a variety of different challenges and you get a kick out of offering support directly to customers and clients.

Your Day to Day

  • Provide fast friendly support to customers via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed
  • Build trusted relationships that boost customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate product knowledge to resolve enquiries effectively
  • Share insights and feedback with internal teams to drive improvements
  • Ensure all interactions meet compliance and regulatory standards

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years in customer service or account management in a business which truly values it's customers.
  • A passion for helping people and a genuine interest in their success
  • Confident phone manner and strong written communication
  • Ability to meet KPIs and deadlines while staying cool under pressure
  • A detail-oriented mindset with solid organisational skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce a bonus)
  • A proactive team player who’s always up for learning something new
