About The Role:

As Product Manager, you’ll take the lead on a portfolio of high-performance, globally sourced products that are tailored for the Australian market.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this newly created role blends strategy with delivery. From identifying market gaps to launching new products and optimising existing ranges, you’ll own the full lifecycle. You’ll also work closely with both local teams (engineering, sales, factory) and global product counterparts.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a specialist product portfolio for the Australian market
  
  
• Using customer and market insights to shape product and range strategy
  
  
• Driving the product lifecycle end-to-end: planning, development, launch, and review
  
  
• Supporting go-to-market plans and collaborating across functions
  
  
• Working with international partners to adapt and localise global products
  
  

About You:

You are an experienced Product Manages who loves solving problems, spotting opportunities, and bringing technical products to life in a way that works for both the market and the business.

What you bring:

• 5+ years in product or category management
  
  
• Experience in a technical or built-environment industry (e.g., lighting, electrical, HVAC, industrial, construction, or manufacturing)
  
  
• Proven success managing product lifecycles and range development
  
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills — across technical, commercial, and global teams
  
  
• Comfortable with ERP systems (Dynamics a bonus) and confident in Excel/PowerPoint
