About the role
This role will see you working within a supportive and friendly team, student-related documents and records, general administrative duties as needed, and entering data into our learning management system PowerPro. The role will require very high levels of accuracy, self-managed organisation, flexibility, a friendly and patient, a can-do attitude, the ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills.
Liaising with clients and responding to enquiries
Data entry
Maintaining training records
Preparation of course resources, printing training materials and set up of training rooms
Assisting the Office Manager with administrative duties as required
ABOUT YOU:
Relevant VET sector experience desirable
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Experience with RTO student management systems especially PowerPro is desirable
Candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply as multiple positions are open
