🪟 Admin & Bookings Assistant – Parkside or Fulham Showroom – Full Time

About the Role:
We’re looking for someone organised and approachable to support our showroom team. While you’ll help greet customers from time to time, the majority of this role is focused on administration and customer coordination.
Your day-to-day will include:
Scheduling appointments for our design consultants
Answering phone and email enquiries
Coordinating calendars and managing booking systems
Dealing with clients in the showroom or over the phone regarding their window furnishings (interior design knowledge will be provided as part of the training)
Assisting with general admin duties
Supporting the team to ensure a smooth customer experience
9-5pm Monday - Friday. Saturdays 10-1pm rostered (3 a month)
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong admin or customer service background
✅ Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
✅ Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
✅ Reliable, organised and comfortable using digital systems
✅ Have the ability to work autonomously
✅ Willing to learn and grow with a local, family-run business
