As a Front of House Salesperson, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service in our high-energy venue, ensuring every guest has a great experience. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in beverage service, sales, and hospitality, with room for growth within our restaurant group.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, and confidently upselling to enhance the guest experience. As we’re looking for someone to cross-train, floor experience is an asset, giving you the chance to expand your skill set across both bar and front-of-house operations. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys customer interaction, and wants to grow within a supportive and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a premium restaurant, with a strong understanding of beverage service and customer interaction.

Floor experience is an asset, as we’re looking for someone who can be cross-trained across both bar and front-of-house operations.

Ability to confidently serve drinks, operate a POS system, and handle transactions accurately.

Strong upselling skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
