About the role

EskiGroup' is seeking experienced, enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Attendants / Bar team members to join our team in Launceston, Tasmania. As a casual, part-time or full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and front-of-house areas.

What you will be doing

Providing a warm and welcoming experience for all customers

Efficiently taking orders, processing payments and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area

Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations

Assisting with general front-of-house duties as required

Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a front-of-house or bar role within the hospitality industry

Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), or a plan to obtain.

Flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
