🍻 Bar, Gaming & Bistro Staff

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Our bar and bistro team play a key role in delivering great food, drinks, and service to our guests. (Also looking for juniors for the bistro).

Responsibilities:

Serving drinks and meals efficiently and professionally\

• Maintaining a clean and organized bar and dining area
• Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
• Assisting customers with gaming machines and payouts
• Monitoring compliance with gaming regulations
• Keeping the gaming area clean and welcoming
  Requirements:
• RSA & RSG certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol & Responsible Service of Gaming)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills

👨‍🍳 Kitchen Staff (Chefs, Cooks & Kitchen Hands)

Our kitchen team is at the heart of our hotel, delivering high-quality meals for our guests. We’re looking for dedicated chefs, cooks, and kitchen hands to join us.
Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
• Assisting with food prep, plating, and service
• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
  Requirements:
• Prior experience in a kitchen role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability

🛒 Retail Staff (Bottle Shop Attendants)

Love working in retail and have a passion for customer service? Join our bottle shop team and assist customers with their purchases.
Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with product selection and purchases
• Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Maintaining stock levels and store presentation
  Requirements:
• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

🚍 Bus Drivers

Help transport our valued guests safely to and from the venue. This role is ideal for responsible drivers who enjoy interacting with people and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey.
Requirements:

• A valid open driver’s license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
