We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer to process a weekly payroll this is a standalone position, this position can be located anywhere as you will be working remotely. Due to continued business growth, this company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Payroll Officer to join their team. You will have the ability to autonomously take charge of the payroll function and make it your own. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and switched on individual.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:

Weekly processing of 400 employees using MicrOpay payroll software system.

Reconciliation of payroll tax, work cover and superannuation monthly balance sheet rec and annual reconciliation

Administrative duties: filling, set up new employee folder, hand out starter pack, collect police check and reimburse police check expense

Providing advanced expertise and specialist advice for payroll awards, industrial agreements and statutory requirements

This is a remote payroll position

Attractive salary $90k plus super FTE
