The Centre
The large centre is a new, purpose built service, in a lovely community in the Northern/North Eastern suburbs of Adelaide. The centre boast vast amounts of natural light, natural resources and large outdoor space for learning. This extremely well resourced centre provides a nurturing and welcoming family environment for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old. They have a focus on delivering exceptional quality of care where children flourish through play-based programs and a strong sense of community. This is a large centre with a diverse range of children and families.

With sister centres across Adelaide, there is opportunity in this role to progress beyond Centre Manager in future.

As the Centre Manager, you’ll use your leadership skills to inspire a professional team of passionate educators and teachers. You’ll have the drive and resilience to deliver exceptional results for the Centre. Working alongside a very strong Assistant Manager and Educational Leader, you’ll collaborate to develop a staff group that are keen to be mentored and want to succeed. You'll develop an exceptional culture where staff are valued and families are receiving the best care in the community.

About You:

The ideal applicant for this role will have at least a few years experience working as a Centre Manager or Director in a long day care setting. You will have a Diploma in Children's services or a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent.) In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, compliance and regulations and will uphold the highest standards in Early Childhood Education and Care.

In addition, you will have:
Experience in leading A&R
Experience growing occupancy
Experience leading and mentoring a large staff group
Current RRHAN and first aid
Working with children check for South Australia

The successful applicant will be asked for 2 references from Managers in the Early Childhood Sector at offer stage.
