About the role
As the Determinations Officer, you will join a dynamic team responsible for making determination recommendations and drafting orders under Consumer Protection legislation.
The role:
· Make determination recommendations and drafting orders under Consumer Protection legislation.
· Analyse a variety of tenancy related issues such as bond releases, keeping pets, or making minor modifications in residential tenancies.
· Provide suitable advice to stakeholders in accordance with relevant legislation and department policies and procedures.
· Prepare reports, correspondence and collate information and evidence for determinations while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders using a range of mediums
