About us:

We are an online-based tutoring company specialising in one-on-one personalised virtual teaching with over 100 teachers actively teaching with us. Teaching is catered to a broad range of students with Chinese backgrounds, from Australian-born students to international students, from primary level to Year 12 students. We offer a comprehensive range of programs, including AEAS coaching, Australian Bridging Program, Scholarship and Selective Entry school exams, Year 1-10 English Writing and Reading, Maths, Sciences, Year 11-12 exam preparation for VCE, WACE, QCE, and SACE.

Job Descriptions:

Develop personalized learning plans based on students' academic needs and goals.

Making dynamic adjustments of learning plans based on ongoing feedback from students, parents, and teachers.

Monitor and track students' progress by regularly communicating with students and parents to ensure academic success.

Provide ongoing support to teachers by addressing their concerns and facilitating communication with parents and students.

Conduct pre-employment phone calls with new teachers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Native proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) in both writing and speaking.

Familiarity with the Australian education system, through firsthand experience or similar exposure.

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.

Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively under pressure.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.

Flexible availability, including willingness to work after hours and weekends.
