We are looking for a Tech Savvy Customer focused junior candidate to work directly with business owners, supporting online customers with Technical questions on products that we sell as well as providing fist line of customer service via phone and emails. Training is provided, and there are significant learning opportunities and good experience for undergrads or just graduated who are keen to learn and grow.
Key duties will include:
Liaising with online customers regarding IT support, basic customer services, warranty support.
Testing latest gadgets
Answering customer services phones/ emails
Acting as first point of contact for online customers through out Australia
Managing and actioning IT support requests logged through emails and phone calls
Maintaining warranty support on return online purchased products
General troubleshooting and other tasks as delegated
