We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client. With full training from the PMO Manager into a potential Lead BA position, you will blend strategic oversight with hands on business analysis to drive successful project execution. As a key member of the team, you will guide the organization in adopting best practices, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable solutions, while remaining closely involved in the tactical work when necessary. You will work closely with various stakeholders, championing transformation initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of business analysis frameworks, establishing clear governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• As the Senior, you will lead the business analysis efforts for key retail transformation projects, converting complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains through thorough end-to-end process mapping.
• Mentor and support junior business analysts, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee the management of large datasets, ensuring data integrity, and create detailed reports and executive summaries that provide clear business insights.
• Design and produce compelling data visualizations that communicate critical business insights to key stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, execution, and defect management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on business needs.
• Articulate the impact and benefits of proposed changes to stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of new solutions.
• Support the PMO Manager in implementing standardized project management practices, including process definitions, governance structures, and benefits tracking.

Expectations:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are preferred.
• Extensive experience in a Senior Business Analyst position, with a proven track record of leadership and delivering complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN 2.0).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience leading business analysis activities within projects, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and principles.

Salary/Benefits:

$135,000 - $150,000 + Super
