As a Digital Business Analyst, you’ll work within a cross-functional squad responsible for digital products and enhancing customer experiences. You will define user stories, translate data into actionable insights, and drive automation opportunities to continuously improve digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements that align with the product vision.
• Leverage data insights to enhance digital products within the customer domain.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for the Digital & Direct business team.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Align business unit processes with enterprise-wide business strategies.
• Investigate and resolve technical product and software issues, including defect management.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 1+ years of experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, HCD, etc.).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with Amadeus Reservation and Ticketing or other airline reservation systems.
