In collaboration with the Australian Federal Government, Emanate Technology is looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team shaping the future of digital healthcare in Australia.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in scoping business processes, conducting analysis, and driving solutions that align with strategic goals. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration between business units, project teams, and the wider healthcare sector.

This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to lead business improvement initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Analysing business processes, data, and solutions to drive efficiencies.
• Supporting process implementation and improvement initiatives.
• Managing stakeholder communications and providing project support.
• Conducting impact assessments and coordinating feedback analysis.
• Assisting with risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Developing quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance.
• Leading workshops and consultations to refine business and project requirements.
• Overseeing prioritisation of initiatives within strategic plans.

What you need to bring

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, system analysis, or change management.
• Proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams.
• Background in managing competing priorities and delivering quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and business improvement strategies.
• Experience working within legislative and policy frameworks.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, including managing expectations and conflict resolution.
• Experience in healthcare, federal government and digital transformation projects.

• Knowledge of digital health initiatives and industry standards.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation tools.

• This role may require federal government security clearance and as such we are only able to accept applications from candidates with Australian Citizenship.
