Description

• Identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes.
• Develop strategies and plans for process improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate new processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Facilitate training sessions on new processes and procedures.
• Provide recommendations on process enhancements.
• Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure processes align with organizational objectives.

Profile

A successful Business Process Analyst should have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in process mapping and optimisation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the public sector and its functions.
• The ability to work independently and within a team.
