Our client is one of Australia’s leading diversified ASX listed property companies with a significant portfolio of projects in residential land, apartments (build to sell and built to rent), retail, commercial and industrial sectors.

They also manage a large portfolio of assets in key locations nationally set for growth and prosperity.

With a recent restructure and projects progressing, they are looking for a Senior Development Manager to join their existing team, many of whom are long standing.

You will be responsible for a range of projects at various stages of the development lifecycle, including a masterplanned project that is in the thick of its LSP process.

We are looking for someone who is ideally an existing SDM on land projects, offering a level of autonomy and delegated authority to someone with a proven ability in managing project consultants in a team environment.

Alternatively, you could be a DM who is ready to take that next step in your career to SDM in a supportive and team focused environment.

You must have strong financial acumen and ideally have experience building your own feasibility and DCF models using software such as Estate Master or Feastudy. This will be backed by strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for managing and mentoring those around you.
