Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain and organize office documents, records, and filing systems.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary.
Coordinate office supplies and manage stock levels.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Google Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
Desirable:
Familiarity with office management software or other administrative tools.
