A bit about the job:

• Assist in the coordination of Google Ads campaigns, from start to finish for our clients in all industries
• Collaborate with Account Managers and other Google Ads team members to help develop and execute paid digital advertising strategies
• Creation / Management of Google Ads Campaign
• Support the creation, management, and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including budget management and keyword bidding
• Contribute to ongoing keyword research, A/B testing, and optimisation of campaigns for improved results
• Ongoing keyword research, coupled with identifying new keyword opportunities
• Managing the technical aspects across Ad Campaigns
• Lead and assist in ensuring that tracking, conversion pixels, and goals are correctly set up for campaigns
• Sharing your knowledge and supporting the agency to assist business growth and maintain existing clients
• Analysing and reporting campaign results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
• Focused on Return-on-Investment (ROI) for clients
• Use Accelo (our CRM) to correctly track recurring client expenditure to meet budgets

About you:

• A strong understanding and experience in Google Ads campaigns, campaign management and performance tracking
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• An interest in digital marketing with a desire to develop your career in the Google Ads space
• Positive attitude and the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the team
